I’m Jenny, a self taught watercolor artist, obsessed with animals, nature, and all things colorful. It’s nice to meet you!

In hindsight, it seems inevitable that I became an artist. My mom is my greatest influence, and she’s a creative to her core. Some of my earliest memories are of play dates while she worked on murals she’d been commissioned to paint by our friends and neighbors. Whether she was painting, decorating our home, or putting together our Halloween costumes, she always had a knack for producing something beautiful.

Fast forward twentyish years to one fall day in my first apartment. I’m not sure what made me pick up a paint brush, but from my messy, inaugural piece, I was hooked. It started as a pastime until a friend asked me to paint her dog. As a passionate dog lady, it’s 100% on brand that pet portraits launched my career, and to this day they’re my most commissioned subject. I’ve since expanded to landscapes, cityscapes, home portraits, events, illustrations… I’ll paint anything and love doing it. Working as an artist happened so organically, there was never a plan. I pinch myself every day I get to create art and call it my job. Whether you’re just passing through, or end up buying a piece, your support means the world!
